Field Service Technician

This challenging, hands-on role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure seamless production operations.

  • Install and commission high-speed production lines, printers, and other industrial equipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical training and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and growth.
  • Manage accurate service records and asset databases.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or automation.
  • Trade or tertiary qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills across mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
  • Exposure to industrial printers or packaging line systems is advantageous.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel are required.
  • An exceptional customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
