Field Service Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. This role involves servicing high-speed production and packaging lines, installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial coding and marking equipment.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Installing and commissioning equipment such as CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Laser, LPA, LCM printers
  • Troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance
  • Providing technical training and ongoing service to customers
  • Collaborating with internal sales and account teams
  • Maintaining accurate service records and asset databases

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that requires strong problem-solving skills across mechanical, electrical, and software systems.

About the Role

This position offers career progression into senior technical or leadership roles.

We require 5+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or automation, along with a trade or tertiary qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.

A valid Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel are also necessary.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this role.
