
Quality Service Delivery Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
- Build strong relationships with IT outsourcing partners and suppliers, driving service performance and issue resolution.
- Act as an expert in ITIL best practices, improving existing processes and procedures for efficient business and systems operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incidents and problem resolution with service providers, adhering to industry standards.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including IT teams and external partners.
- Overseeing and ensuring prompt resolution of major technical incidents, coordinating teams and investigations.
What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Service Assurance/Delivery role.
- Extensive experience in Service Assurance/Delivery, implementing strategies and processes.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of quickly understanding complex problems and resolving conflicting information.
