Lead Data Analyst

Play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategies using real-time data and market trends to make informed decisions.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be responsible for refining ideas through experimentation and iteration, utilising data to validate hypotheses. Your deep understanding of product KPIs and player journeys will enable you to identify areas for improvement, plan, execute, and analyse A/B tests to enhance business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep-dive into large, complex data sets representing the behaviour of millions of mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions.
  • Conduct user behaviour analyses to identify patterns in critical usage aspects such as playing, purchasing, and churning.
  • Utilise pre/post analyses to understand how product and ecosystem changes impact users and the business.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define meaningful metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop user segments that deliver business value.
  • Partner with Live Operations analysts to define pricing policy and game economy.
  • Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to inform feature development and future product roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to balance detail-oriented analysis with a holistic view of the product.
  • Experience reading and creating dashboards to gain a deeper understanding of a product.
  • Proficiency with visualisation tools like Looker, Tableau, Excel, and solid SQL capabilities.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions on product roadmaps, features, and strategies.
  • Incredible communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex data concisely and ask the right questions to understand requirements.
