As a leader in our organisation, you'll play a key role in shaping a culture that values diversity, equity and inclusion. Your focus will be on developing and delivering initiatives that promote psychological safety, belonging and inclusivity throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies that drive organisational change and improve workplace culture.
- Lead workshops, training sessions and other programs designed to build inclusive capability among employees.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and Employee Advocacy Groups to co-design impactful initiatives that reflect the voices of our people.
- Use data and insights to identify systemic barriers and track progress on our diversity, equity and inclusion goals.
- Represent our organisation in external forums and networks, sharing our journey and learning from others.
- Draft inputs for reporting and tracking progress of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
- Proven experience in a leadership role focused on diversity and inclusion.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- A deep understanding of intersectionality, inclusive leadership and organisational compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion compliance and reporting requirements.
- Experience designing and delivering inclusive programs and training.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- A passion for creating equitable systems and workplaces.
