About the Role:
Klaviyo Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with our sales, customer success, and partnerships teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with a small percentage of partners and existing customers to ensure they are set up for success.
- Use customer engagements as an opportunity to learn, prototype, and ship meaningful improvements to the Klaviyo experience.
- Identify and solve complex customer problems, often requiring the development of custom solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the Klaviyo product and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain personal relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Effectively balance multiple core functions to support the growth and efficiency of Klaviyo.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to work in customer-facing roles and familiarity with SaaS sales processes.
- Applied experience with a web app development framework (e.g. React, Node, Angular, Vue, etc.) and/or with a general-purpose programming language (e.g. Python, Ruby, PHP, etc.).
- Proven ability to learn new technical concepts.
- Highly analytical thought process and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to hustle in a fast-paced environment and meet commitments.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce, martech, and ESP domains is a strong plus.
