Job Title: Senior Treasury AnalystJoin our team as a seasoned treasury professional and take your career to the next level.We are seeking an experienced individual to support our treasury function with a focus on cash flow, forecasting, debt facility administration, and investor payment processing.

Cash-flow & Liquidity Management:

  • Manage the company's cash flows, including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring.

Debt Facility Administration:

  • Administer the company's debt facilities, including refinancing and covenant reporting.

Investor Payments:

  • Process investor payments and manage relationships with investors.

Treasury Processes and Controls:

  • Develop and implement effective treasury processes and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a corporate or property-fund treasury role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Strong understanding of debt-facility management, refinancing and covenant reporting.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing treasury systems.
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
