In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in driving financial performance and minimizing risk. Your expertise in treasury management will be crucial in achieving timely and accurate financial forecasts, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive cash flow forecast, providing actionable insights to senior leaders.
- Conducting variance and data analysis to enhance forecast accuracy and inform strategic decisions.
- Fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Strategically managing liquidity, ensuring optimal short-term cash management practices.
- Creating and presenting clear, concise reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and recommendations.
- Executing approved financial transactions, including timely and accurate reporting within the Treasury Management System.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for FX counterparty relationships, monitoring market developments and providing expert guidance on FX risks and opportunities.
- Supporting month-end FX reporting and hedge accounting processes, tracking hedge performance and identifying areas for improvement.
To succeed in this position, you will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is essential, along with 3-4 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related roles.
