Job Title: Workplace Relations Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legislative requirements. They should have a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling them to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Industrial Relations Advice: Provide expert advice on workplace relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Case Management: Develop and implement case management strategies to ensure timely resolution of workplace issues.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with senior managers to develop policies and procedures that support employment terms and conditions.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance management capability and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification: Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Employment Law
  • Proven Experience: Workplace relations role
  • Legislative Expertise: Interpretation and application of regulations
  • Strong Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication
  • Research and Analysis: Ability to conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making
  • Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
