Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Lifestyle Program Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.


About the Role

This role involves creating and implementing lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for developing and designing diverse range of activities tailored to the residents' interests, abilities, and preferences.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Activity Planning: Develop and design lifestyle programs that promote social engagement, mental stimulation, and physical activity for our residents.
  • Resident Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to ensure needs-based programming is occurring.
  • Program Implementation: Oversee the execution of planned activities and events, ensuring they are well-organized, safe, and inclusive.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to assist with activities and events.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Cert IV Leisure & Health qualification.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
