We are seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator who will play a vital role in creating and implementing lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents. As part of our team, you will be responsible for activity planning, resident assessment, program implementation, and volunteer coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. You will also need to demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality service and a commitment to upholding our company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and implement engaging lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  2. Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and preferences to inform program development
  3. Coordinate with volunteers and external partners to deliver programs and events
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, arts therapy, recreation)
  • Proven experience in program planning and delivery, preferably in an aged care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering high-quality service and commitment to upholding our company's values
