The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

  • Be solution-oriented and results-focused, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and create opportunities for growth and development.
  • Be the face of the brand and inspire a shared vision with our customers.
  • Promote teamwork and nurture talent within our team.

  • Work a Tuesday to Saturday roster and be available to work a variety of shifts.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Converse brand and has a love for retail or hospitality experience. You should be able to celebrate the customer, create next-level experiences, and develop future leaders.
