Job Description

We deliver culturally appropriate in-home support services to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients to live independently.

This role is focused on managing a portfolio of customers receiving In-Home care and leading a team of Care Workers who deliver Domestic Support, Social Services, and Personal Care.

  • Manage and lead a Home Care service team, including operational leadership of a team of Care Workers.
  • Assist with overall leadership support for the area, staff, and clients.
  • Ensure excellence in client service delivery, managing assessment of client care and goal planning, and successful on-boarding of new clients.

This position requires strong leadership experience and the ability to manage remote direct reports and a dispersed workforce.
