Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated professional to join our team as a Job Coach. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are ready for work.

As one of our Job Coaches, you will be at the forefront of our services, working one-on-one with clients to provide support for a sustainable career. You will be responsible for:

  • Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse marketing clients to employers;
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;

You will also have the opportunity to work with a vibrant, collaborative and goals focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are all seeking to have an impact in the diversity and inclusion space.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three year's experience in customer service, sales or a client facing role;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • The ability to confidently liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • The ability to work to KPIs and make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • An overall desire to be part of our broader team, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive; and
  • A current Drivers Licence and vehicle.
