We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. Located in Acacia Ridge, this role offers diversity and the opportunity to develop in recruitment and stakeholder engagement in a multi-disciplinary organisation.
This role will support strategies to source and acquire talent for our business. You will develop your ability to create genuine engagement across the business and support annual programs and end-to-end recruitment.
About the Role:As a Recruitment Specialist, you will:

Requirements:
A successful teammate will have:
- Demonstrated 1-2 years post-graduate experience in human resources and/or recruitment, ideally from an industrial sector
- Proven ability to drive and manage end-to-end recruitment in a diverse and busy service environment
- Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills to build effective working relationships and deliver outcomes
- Exceptional organisational skills coupled with experience using HRIS and/or multi-media platforms for advertising
