Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Career Development Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding individuals towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse market clients to employers;
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Evaluate all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  • Promote exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders throughout the process.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum two year's experience with solid work history in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Confidence liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to work to KPIs and make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • An overall desire to be part of a supportive team environment.
