  • Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to develop strategic recruitment plans
  • Identify and build talent pools for our business needs
  • Create and deliver innovative sourcing strategies
  • Support and promote employer branding activities
  • Career Expos and Community Engagement
  • 360 Recruitment for both Blue Collar and White Collar
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience working as an Internal Recruiter

- Heavy Lifting knowledge highly desirable but not mandatory

- Innovative and strategic mindset

- Ability to demonstrate initiative

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- A willingness to learn and develop
