
Administrative Accountant

This is a full-time, permanent position with an attractive salary on offer. You will be based in our state-of-the-art showroom located close to cafés, transport, and the Adelaide CBD.
The role involves managing accounts payable functions including invoice/delivery docket matching, data entry, and reconciliations. You will also work closely with customers, handling back-office reception duties, answering phone calls, and directing them to relevant staff members.
As this role is fast-paced and busy, you must have strong numerical and computer skills, as well as great attention to detail. Experience in similar accounts roles dealing with high volumes of invoices is highly regarded.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Significant experience in accounts administration
- Strong skills in the MS Office suite
- Excellent customer service skills
You will also have a background in managing phone calls efficiently and professionally, and be able to work well under pressure.
