Job Description

We are seeking an experienced collections professional to join our Asset Finance Collections team.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in protecting our exposure by carrying out debt recovery activities while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

  • Manage the collections activity on a portfolio of Asset Finance clients, including issuing arrears notices and letters of demand.
  • Handle client account status queries and coordinate the resolution of payment defaults and late payments.
  • Assist in possible legal action against delinquent clients and manage risk by escalating accounts where there are concerns about collectability.
  • Monitor and report on client arrears and assist the wider operations team as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer services, debt recovery, or collections.
  • Strong customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach.
  • A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
