System Recovery Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled System Recovery Specialist to embed resilience capabilities and documentation for critical systems.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical writing skills, who can translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand recovery procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create and develop individual System Recovery Plans (SRPs), considering operational risk and preparedness of the business.
  2. Ensure SRPs are accurate, consistent, and compliant with APRA regulations.
  3. Deliver professional SRPs with architecture diagrams and system-specific technical information.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document information.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders to identify risks and recommend improvements.
  6. Conduct reviews of existing plans and report on DR documentation status.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Information Technology experience.
  • Knowledge of resilience methodologies, infrastructure, and technology resilience capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
