Job Overview

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient recovery of corporate land commission revenues. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing data to support business growth and possess excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the collection of corporate land commissions, focusing on AU and NZ markets. They will also work closely with internal supply, finance, and operations teams to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators.

The job requires a high level of analytical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Commission Revenues Collection: Collecting and analyzing data to ensure timely payment and maximum revenue recovery.
  • Audit and Validation: Validating hotel responses for accuracy and completeness of commission revenues received.
  • Contact and Resolution: Building positive relationships with suppliers to manage commission recovery, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
  • Data Quality Management: Monitoring and analyzing data quality issues to ensure maximum commission revenue recovery.
