About This Role:

This is an opportunity to join a leading pharmacy network and play a key part in shaping its financial future. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality reporting, analysis, and commercial insights that drive decision-making across the business.

With a focus on retail operations and wholesale distribution, you will work closely with logistics, 3PL, and supply chain teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives. Your expertise will help guide strategy and inform business decisions at every level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting results and identifying areas for improvement
  • Preparing timely and accurate reporting for leadership and the board
  • Analysing cost drivers and providing insights on fixed and variable costs
  • Leading stock provision calculations and supporting budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Contributing to 3PL tender processes and analysing customer profitability
  • Supporting and refining cost-to-serve models and driving continuous improvements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A CA/CPA qualification with at least 5 years' relevant experience (FMCG or similar preferred)
  • Strong financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI an advantage)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proactive, results-driven, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
