Site Services Manager

This role involves completing daily cleaning tasks at an assigned site in Byron Bay. You will also support a small team of cleaners, providing troubleshooting assistance and conducting scheduled site visits for training.

- Deliver high-standard cleaning services within your centre, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to scope.
- Supervise and support team members, including hands-on training and regular site visits to maintain service quality.
- Monitor team attendance using internal systems and ensure adequate shift coverage, including stepping in when needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for on-site queries, escalating urgent issues to the Cleaning Operations Supervisor.
- Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock levels.
- Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality
- Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
- Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Smartphone ownership for using internal systems
- Australian working rights
