Job Title: Grounds and Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Grounds and Maintenance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our site, attending to repairs and maintenance issues, and ensuring the proper use and storage of materials and equipment.

">The Role
  • Administer Repairs and Maintenance: The successful candidate will be responsible for administering all repairs and maintenance to tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • General Repairs: Regularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities, including but not limited to, pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Site Appearance: Maintain the sites at a high standard at all times, ensuring that they are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
About You
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position is highly desirable.
  • Driver's Licence: A current Driver's Licence is essential for this role.
  • Ability to Work Independently: The ability to work with limited supervision is also required.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Great customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
