Regional Sales Development Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team and lead the growth of our Spare Parts division. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience working in the construction or mining industries.
The key responsibilities of this role include developing and executing strategies to increase sales and revenue, maintaining a deep understanding of product offerings and technical capabilities, and fostering strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Proven sales and customer service experience in the construction or mining industries
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to safety leadership and understanding of risk assessments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office required; SAP 4Hana or Simpro highly desirable)
- White Card & Forklift license (essential)
- Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights
