Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Public Contract Coordinator to become a key part of our team. Through the Surgery Connect program, public patients are referred to our private hospital for essential surgical care.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Coordinate with surgeons' practices to schedule hospital admissions and surgical operations
  • Oversee the full patient journey from referral to post-op reporting

Ensure accurate and timely communication back to the Surgery Connect team

Manage payments to doctors and diagnostic providers efficiently and on time

You will be the central link between patients, surgeons, hospitals, and program administrators ensuring a seamless, professional, and compassionate care experience.
