Expert Patient Care Specialist

Are you a skilled nurse with experience working in high-pressure Cardiac Cath Lab environments? This is a unique opportunity to provide expert patient care and supervision within a supportive theatre team.
About the RoleThis is a challenging full-time position that requires collaboration with medical professionals, effective communication with patients, and a commitment to ongoing quality improvement.
- Provide safe, efficient and evidence-based nursing care to meet individual patient needs
- Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Drive clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Facilitate learning cultures and mentorship programs for nurses
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA
- Prior nursing experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Surgical Cardiac procedures and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Experience with angiography procedures and ability to establish professional relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service
