Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and evidence-based nursing care to patients.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff members.
  • Educate and support patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure a culture of safety.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.
  • Serve as a positive influence and promote safe practices.
Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Authority to work in Australia.
  • Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in an acute setting.
  • Previous ICU experience is highly regarded.
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent.
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
  • Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care.
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
