Lead Advisor Role

Taking a strategic leadership role, you will advise clients on complex tax matters and business structuring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic tax and business advice to clients, navigating financial and regulatory landscapes.
  • Tax Planning & Compliance: Oversee tax planning and compliance for clients to optimise financial outcomes.
  • Growth Strategy & Business Structuring: Assist clients in scaling their businesses and improving financial efficiencies.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of accountants, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and strengthen the firm's position in the market.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualification: CA or CPA qualification required.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in business advisory & tax, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mid-market tax strategies, compliance, and financial management.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to drive business growth, manage client needs, and lead high-performing teams.
