Key Responsibilities:

  • Align with customer expectations upfront and respond with suggested solutions.
  • Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan, including potential solutions or alternatives.
  • Onboard customers and build strong, collaborative relationships, focusing on providing solutions.

We seek individuals with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, prioritization capabilities, understanding of local regulations, a strong execution mindset, solution-oriented thinking, analytical skills, teamwork, customer orientation, cost consciousness, and continuous improvement.
