Site Operations Manager

This pivotal leadership role oversees maintenance operations at a terminal facility, driving daily activities and ensuring seamless execution of planned work.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will lead a team of tradespeople and contractors, allocate tasks based on shift plans, and maintain high safety standards throughout the facility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage maintenance workforce to meet operational goals.
  • Conduct regular toolbox talks, reinforce safe practices, and monitor adherence to safety procedures.
  • Analyze maintenance progress, document handover reports, and provide prompt response to equipment failures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance labor productivity and improve work practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supervising maintenance teams in an industrial or logistics setting.
  • A trade certificate is required (e.g., Fitter, Electrician, or equivalent discipline).
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microster, E Shift Log, and Win CC Scada is beneficial.
