Lead Maintenance Specialist

The Opportunity

We have a unique chance to work in Australia's defence environment to support national security requirements. The Lead Maintenance Specialist will oversee a team of maintenance trades and subcontractors, collaborating with the Operations & Management Superintendent to deliver timely and effective maintenance services.

  • Oversight of site-level compliance reviews for all operational and delivery platform maintenance.
  • Collaboration with the Superintendent to ensure timely and effective delivery of maintenance services.
  • Contributing to the management of maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring clear understanding across all sites of HSE expectations and obligations.

About You

As a seasoned professional in maintenance leadership, you'll be a strong team player with extensive experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or similar industries. You'll have proven experience in maintenance management with a trade or tertiary qualification in relevant fields. Prior experience in Defence Fuels will be highly regarded.

  • Proven experience in maintenance management with a trade or tertiary qualifications in relevant fields.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Safety is paramount in your daily operations.
  • Current holder of NV-1 security clearance or ability to obtain it.
  • Ability and willingness to travel Southeast Queensland regularly.
