Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the design, development and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.

About the Role:
  • Participate in workshops with clients and provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on different requirements
  • Create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and integrate with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus
  • Lead the development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances
  • Design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
  • Create data migration plans and lead data migration activities from legacy applications
Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development and integration
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Developer, Technical Lead or Solution Designer on D365 CRM platform
  • Working experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

To thrive in this role you need to be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should be highly organized, with excellent time management skills and a strong ability to meet deadlines. Experience with similar projects would be beneficial.
