This role plays a crucial part in managing participants to attain timely and accurate outcomes within legislative and policy guidelines. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on policy, program, or operational matters, ensuring responsiveness to stakeholder needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exercise sound judgment to provide recommendations informed by policies, best practices, and procedures.
  • Develop advice through briefs, correspondence, reports, and other required documents.
  • Contribute to setting work priorities and practices, monitoring workflow, and identifying areas for improvement.
Essential Capabilities:
  • Experience in program implementation or case management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to apply sound judgment and subject matter knowledge to inform policy and program decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work and contribute to team outcomes.
  • Organisational and time management skills, including prioritization and meeting deadlines.
