We are seeking experienced Commercial/Contracts specialists and Managers to support current and upcoming Defence acquisition and sustainment programs in Canberra.

In this role, you will lead or support complex commercial, contracts and procurement outcomes within an integrated workforce. Key responsibilities include:

  • Authoring and reviewing strategic procurement and contracting documentation using the ASDEFCON suite.
  • Preparing, conducting and finalising Defence strategic procurement activities within the CASG environment.
  • Providing Contract Management, Procurement and commercial advice and support.
  • Managing or coordinating all contract maintenance/governance activities.

To be successful, you will require:

  • Current/recent experience in Defence procurement, commercial and contract management of ASDEFCON contracts.
  • Knowledge of the contracting and procurement framework, the PGPA and other related Defence policies.
  • An understanding of the content of the Defence Procurement Manual (DPM) and the ASDEFCON suite of tendering and contracting templates.
  • An active AGSVA Security Clearance.
