**Procurement Operations Manager Role**

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the procurement function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that we deliver exceptional results through effective procurement processes and strategies.

About the Role:

The Procurement Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of procurement strategies across the organization. This includes sourcing, contracting, and managing third-party suppliers, as well as negotiating contracts and agreements with external partners.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of procurement activities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform procurement decisions and drive strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Develop and implement contract management processes to optimize supplier relationships and minimize risks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis and supplier performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified procurement specialist or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in procurement operations, including contract management, supplier relationship building, and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
