**Job Summary**

The Procurement and Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in managing store operations, procurement, and inventory control. This is an exciting opportunity to supervise daily store operations, maintain accurate inventory, negotiate pricing with suppliers, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day store operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and spare parts sales
  • Maintain accurate inventory through stock takes, cycle counts, and reporting
  • Forecast demand, prevent stock shortages, and reduce excess stock levels
  • Negotiate pricing terms, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements with suppliers
  • Raise purchase orders and manage procurement within agreed parameters and budgets
  • Coordinate logistics and improve dispatch processes for efficient delivery
  • Lead, mentor, and train staff while ensuring safety compliance and adherence to company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
