Procurement Operations Manager

Due to a recent internal move, we're looking for an experienced Procurement Operations Manager to execute all procurement activities across the ANZ Supply Chain operations and support our AMEA Procurement team.
As Procurement Operations Manager you will be a key member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team and the conduit and lead for procurement-led value innovation across ANZ business unit.

**A Taste of What You'll Be Doing**:

- Lead and manage procurement operations function including local buying, supplier management and support into the Botany plant.
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders, and regional sourcing teams, to understand and support the needs of the business.
- Establish targets and drive KPIs with the Regional Procurement Operations lead.
- Participate in Regional Sourcing activities and ensure regional/local execution and implementation of contracts.
- Lead procurement value innovation process through ANZ business unit and drive continuous improvement in delivering value innovation cost targets.

**Your Recipe For Success**:

- Undergraduate Degree preferred with 7-10 years of generalist procurement experience ideally gained in an FMCG environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing with basic understanding of supply chain management.
- Ability to work across the Asia Pacific Region
- Strong commercial acumen and communications skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and passionate about process improvement
