Our organization is seeking a strategic leader to drive financial performance and operational excellence across business units. As Head of Financial Services, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organization.

This opportunity requires a senior leader with strong background in financial management, modeling, pricing, and forecasting. You should have expertise in continually improving ways of working and finding better outcomes for customers.

Influential and strategic leadership skills are essential for success in this role, both internally and externally. You must be able to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Development and Management: Develop budget submissions to Government and ensure the corporation meets financial requirements through driving efficiency and improving productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Strategic Finance Managers embedded across the business, delivering budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury management, commercial analysis, and decision support to General Managers and their leadership teams.
  • Financial Systems: Ensure that financial systems are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Communicate, facilitate, and influence decision making in the areas of holistic strategic planning process, financial strategy formation including funding sources and pricing, and monitoring, business planning and performance reporting.
  • Sustainability: Contribute to the development and execution of the sustainable financial strategy, setting of performance measures, design, and achievement of key business objectives as a member of the Senior Management Team.
