About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Beauty Consultant to join our Adelaide Pharmacy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our prestige beauty products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our prestige beauty products and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Store Presentation: Ensure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked, providing a welcoming experience for our customers.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter and providing expert advice on prestige beauty products.
  • Product Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of our prestige beauty products and the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
