About The Role...

We are seeking a customer-oriented and driven Counter Manager to represent the Clinique brand at our Cumberland Park location.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales focus and a dedication to cultivating a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service while providing expert advice on a variety of health and beauty products.
  • Recommend products that align with customer needs and successfully close sales.
  • Educate customers on product functionality and demonstrate effective usage.
  • Exhibit a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Coordinate product launches, special events, and promotional activities.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty innovations.
  • Commit to building a robust client base.
  • Participate in regular training sessions.
  • Operate cash registers and EFTPOS facilities efficiently.
  • Manage inventory and ensure effective merchandising of displays.

What We Are Looking For:

The successful candidate will have extensive prior experience as a Beauty Consultant, with a demonstrated ability to excel in sales, promotions, and events.

Required Experience, Skills & Attributes:

  • Extensive experience in a Beauty Consultant role.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in inventory management.
  • Experience in sales, product demonstrations, and upselling.
  • Strong industry and brand knowledge.
  • Cash handling and EFTPOS experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours.
  • Willingness to undergo a police check prior to employment.
