Community Transport Driver Opportunity

We are seeking a professional and courteous transport driver to join our team. As a casual driver, you will provide safe and secure transportation services to the frail aged, people with disabilities and their carers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Light Rigid Licence, current Working with Children Check, and Police Check. You will also be required to hold a First Aid Certificate and Point to Point authorisation. Previous experience in community work is desirable but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and secure transportation services to clients
  • Engage with diverse customer base and ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist clients on and off buses and assist with mobility aids
  • Conduct transport in accordance with all relevant road rules, legislation and organisational procedures
  • Take direction, prioritise, manage time and meet deadlines

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum LR (Light Rigid) Licence
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current Police Check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Point to Point authorisation
  • Clean Driving Record
