The Job

We are seeking a reliable individual to provide driving services to our residents, taking them to appointments, shopping, and outings. This role requires a compassionate person who can deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide transport to residents to attend various locations and events.
  • Foster a spirit of harmony and friendship, maintaining a good relationship with our residents.
  • Assist residents with transfers if required, following safe work practices.
  • Maintain records of transport journeys and document trips.
  • Ensure maintenance of vehicle.

Your Qualifications:

  • A commitment to align with our Christian Mission and values.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (Class C-Car licence) and safe driving record. You may be required to undertake the Driver Assessment Test.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of empathy, compassion, and patience.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Health and/or Aged Care Sectors is desirable but not essential.
  • A Senior First Aid Certificate is also desirable.
