The Regional Marketing Manager will develop and lead the APAC Emergency Care marketing strategy. This involves market positioning, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution to drive commercial performance and own regional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a high-performing APAC Emergency Care marketing strategy
- Drive commercial performance and own regional outcomes through data-driven decision making
- Build and lead a regional marketing team with strong leadership skills
- Partner closely with country leaders, sales, medical education, and KOLs to drive adoption and growth
- Lead a high-performing product lifecycle management team including pricing, segmentation, and new product introductions
- Manage performance metrics and deliver measurable business results
- 5+ years of marketing management experience with a proven track record of driving market share growth and business impact
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate strategy into results
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and empower high performers across diverse markets
- Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize key initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
