Job Opportunity

This role offers a chance to work as a Corporate Receptionist in our Sydney office on a part-time basis, delivering exceptional front of house experiences for our internal and external stakeholders.

  • Facing clients, partners and staff in a professional manner.
  • Managing telephone calls and email requests effectively.
  • Confirming room bookings via the system and ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
  • Coordinating events and managing third-party interactions.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Developing strong relationships with colleagues in Facilities and Client Services teams.
  • Assisting with occasional duties and after-hours events as required.
  • Supporting administrative and reporting tasks when needed.
Requirements:
  • Premium hotel or corporate reception experience.
  • A commitment to client service and delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Intermediate IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel familiarity.
  • Experience with digital room booking systems.
  • A reliable approach and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
