Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to join our front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Take food and drink orders accurately using POS system
  • Handle dine-in and takeaway orders efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Attend to customer needs and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house and bar areas

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a front-of-house or waiter role
  • RSA Certification (required to serve alcohol)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and confidently as part of a team
