Job DescriptionEngaging with key stakeholders and providing knowledge, experience, and thought leadership in Telecom O2A, Fulfillment, Orchestration, Order Management, and Solution Implementation Principles.Roles and ResponsibilitiesMinimum 5 years of overall IT experience in Telecom domain (OSS/BSS).
Create, consult, and review Functional Requirements, Architectural Decisions, and architecture solutions to meet project requirements.Conduct discovery workshops and prepare high-level functional documentation to ensure effective solution development.Evaluate and review design frameworks and methodologies; approve design to achieve functional requirements and conformance to architecture.Manage backlog grooming, planning, prioritization, and product roadmaps.Design and implement business analysis strategies, policies, and proposals.Model, appraise, and present business/system options for business improvement against technical or business problem scenarios.Develop and manage stakeholder relations and communications.Translate business objectives into detailed requirements.Ensure high standards of customer service are provided and maintained.Essential ExperienceGood understanding of OSS/BSS in the telecom domain, including Fulfillment, Orchestration, O2A, and Order Management.Experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, creating EPICs and User Stories in JIRA.Expertise in Business and System Analysis with a good understanding of the Telecom IT landscape, concepts, and exposure across various stages of the software development lifecycle with Agile methodology.Proficiency in JIRA, Agile principles, and practices.
