Transforming design concepts into precise and coordinated documentation is at the core of this exciting role. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Design Documentation Specialist to lead the development of high-quality interior design documentation packages for completed designs.

About the Role:
  • Lead the creation of accurate and detailed interior design documentation using Vectorworks 2D and 3D software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and consultants, throughout all project phases
  • Contribute to client presentations and coordinate design approvals
  • Maintain design integrity and ensure that projects meet quality standards
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining excellent communication skills
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in interior design with a focus on retail projects
  • Expert proficiency in Vectorworks 2D & 3D is essential
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
  • A degree in Interior Design or a related field
