We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at 3124 UXC Limited. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across a wide range of telephony incidents and service requests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide level 1 support to customers
- Log and manage Service Requests (MACs)
- Log incidents, monitor response and resolution times, and provide users with updates and resolution timeframes
- Liaise with customers and coordinate maintenance and support related activities with 3rd party suppliers
- Escalate issues as appropriate
- To be successful in this role, you will have at least 1+ years' experience providing support in an IT/Telecommunications service desk environment
- Ideally, you will have experience with IT Service Management applications like Service Now
- You will work well under pressure and be able to deal with high priority issues
- You will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently
- Above all, you will have excellent communication skills and be enthusiastic about customer service
