Job Description

This is a professional role that provides advice and support to management and staff across various human resource matters. The Human Resources Generalist will leverage their expertise, capability, and experience to offer guidance on recruitment, payroll, health and safety, employee wellbeing, establishment management, and complaint resolution.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice and support to management and staff on human resource matters.
  • Analyse data and utilise reporting and analytics tools to ensure HR activities are effectively managed.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business processes and implement enhancements to improve the delivery of Human Resource Management services.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new and returning staff members, ensuring a seamless integration into the organisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • A high level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
